Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Congress has yet to make such a law as far as the Supreme Court is concerned, nor have they made one that frees you from the consequences of your words courtesy of the fellow civilian infringing on you right in your constitutionally righteous, racist teeth.
So please, continue speaking your provocative, motivational ideas. The biblically infallible Constitution and invariably noble members of Congress will defend you. Catch up on your reading in the hospital, snowflake.
Maybe you can learn to make it through a couple paragraphs past the headline and learn that the cops stopped the UC Berkeley event, not the university.
