In addition to these observations and antics, they eliminated the cocktail pianist position and are requiring the atrium pianist and myself to cover those hours. That's 5 1/2 more a week for me, including some early afternoons following my 2am (often later) show. Apparently, they're just gonna hold on to the extra money.
