After FINALLY getting DomainKeys Identified Mail to work on my server, I cut out the ballast from one of the ancient Fa8 single-pin shop light fixtures in the garage, rewired the thing, and put in a 4000K LED bulb. Look at that thing! It looks like there are two bulbs! And it gives off at least that much light in a very natural daylight color. Then I called back the HVAC service to clear up the billing issue.
