I thought it was weird until, many years later, I tried it. Watermelon is TASTY with salt! I've been on a Sriracha sauce kick lately, so I thought I'd try it on watermelon.Now I'm not sure if everything is great on watermelon or if Sriracha is great on everything. I suspect that, between the two, there isn't a bad combination.
I bet BACON would be good on watermelon.
