Did I ever give you my recipe for instant cajun kettle corn?

Well, you start with a bowl of popped microwave popcorn. Then you melt a couple tablespoons of butter, drizzle and toss. Add a quarter teaspoon of cayenne, half teaspoon of salt, scant tablespoon of sugar, and a rounded teaspoon of granulated garlic or garlic powder. Don’t do garlic salt, that’s so pedestrian. You’re better than that. Toss well and laissez bon temp roulette!
